4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Payment Verification

Funds deposited must come only from your own payment account. Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited. If any suspicious transaction is detected, zd55 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until an investigation is completed.

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will expire.
• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• zd55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The zd55 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). You can advance to a higher tier based on the consistency and regularity of your play.

6.1 Bet Validity

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled. If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault or incorrect information, zd55 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Odds and Results

Published odds are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply. For determining event results, we follow outcomes obtained from neutral sources. In the case of any disputed result, zd55's decision is final.

6.3 Technical Issues

zd55 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or other technical issues. If a game or betting session is interrupted mid-way, the account will be settled from the last confirmed state according to system logs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus arbitrage
• Using fraudulent payment methods
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to operate games
• Colluding with other users to place bets (Collusion)
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Using a false identity or the identity of another person
• Attempting to breach the security of the platform

8.1 zd55's Rights

We may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, without prior notice. This action will be taken in particular in cases of a breach of these Terms.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Closure Due to a Ban

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, any winnings or bonuses gained through prohibited activity will be forfeited. The return of the original deposit will depend on the outcome of zd55's investigation.
